Linen
If you want to make it easy – or if you’ve forgotten, you can pre-order or rent linen directly from the reception at the resort. It costs DKK 125 per set.

Children’s equipment
If you need a weekend cot (DKK 125), high chair (DKK 125) or stair gate (DKK 125) in your holiday home, we recommend that you pre-order the equipment, which you can pick up at reception. You can use the items throughout your stay, regardless of the number of days.

Disability – assistive device
For elderly or disabled guests it is possible to rent a bath bench for use in the holiday home. We recommend that you pre-order the equipment, which you can pick up at reception for a small fee.

Pets
Pets are great, but they wear out more and place greater demands on the final cleaning. If you bring pets (one or more), there is an additional rent of DKK 350 per pet per stay.

Charging points for electric cars
Both at Enjoy Resorts Rømø and at Marina Fisenæs in Gråsten we have charging points for your electric car. Payment is made via the Spirii app, which can be downloaded in your app store.
On Rømø you will find the stands on the service island at the end of the center building. At Marina Fiskenæs you will find the charging stations next to the waste island at house 91 and next to house 48 at the harbor parking lot.

Note: It is not permitted to use the holiday homes’ electrical grid for charging electric cars.

Cleaning
Enjoy Resorts provides final cleaning on departure. If you need daily cleaning, this can be requested.

Smoking
All holiday homes and all parts of the center building are non-smoking areas. If you smoke outside, we have plenty of bins set up for your butt.

Waste sorting:
In our homes you will find two garbage bags under the sink: one for bio-waste and one for the rest of your waste. You must take the bags with you when you leave. Both in Gråsten and on Rømø we have waste islands where you can dispose of your waste, bottles etc. Thank you for thinking about the environment.

Lifeguard
Safety: Enjoy Resorts has trained lifeguards present in the waterpark and supervision is provided in the wellness area. However, children must be accompanied by parents or another adult at all times.
